Grand Linear Reserve has started construction!

The Grand Linear Reserve is coming to Carolina! The new green reserve will run all the way down the middle of our growing community with various access points for residents and visitors.

The Reserve will provide walking and cycling paths, children’s play equipment, exercise stations, picnic areas and landscaping scattered throughout.

The Grand Liner Reserve will be delivered progressively over a number of years, commencing with Stage 1 located near the new Sales and Information Centre. Upon completion, the Reserve will connect with the proposed wetlands included in the masterplan forming a green corridor through the community.

Stage 1 is complete and includes a green corridor for community amenity and has been designed to preserve and improve biodiversity and habitat in the area.
