March 2025 | Construction Update

We’re pleased to announce that the wetland civil and outfall works are now complete, with Melbourne Water’s final approvals in process to achieve Practical Completion.

Stages 12 and 13A are expected to receive Statement of Compliance in the coming weeks, with Titles anticipated for April 2025.

The wetlands landscaping is scheduled to begin in June. Meanwhile, Stage 12 landscaping is making good progress, and Stage 13A landscaping will commence within the next 6 weeks.
