Beyond our neighbourhood, Carolina’s community initiatives help strengthen ties with the wider Deanside area, supporting local clubs and organizations that make our community special. A big part of this is our Sponsorship and Grants program, passionately led by Nina, which helps local groups thrive while contributing to the region’s growth.

Christmas Lights Competition
Get ready Carolina residents – it’s time to light up our community with our annual Christmas Lights Competition!
Open to all residents, the Carolina Christmas lights competition will run from Friday 28th November and closes Tuesday 16th December at 9pm.
Residents are encouraged to decorate their homes or townhomes for Christmas. Think colour, twinkles, reindeer and wreaths!
To enter, submit minimum 2 photos or a video to carolina@avid.com.au by Friday 13th December at 9pm. Carolinas mystery Christmas elves will be judging the best decorated homes and the winners will be notified by phone and email on Monday 16th December 2024 with details on how to claim their prize!

First prize: $250 Prezzee Gift Card

* Registrations will ONLY be accepted by email to: carolina@avid.com.au
* Please include: Your full name, address, phone number and minimum 2 photos of your Christmas lights at night… option to include yourself in a creative way!
* Registrations close 9pm, Tuesday, 16th December 2025.
