Carolina’s vision encompasses a neighbourhood where happiness, community spirit and togetherness are not only prioritised but simply come naturally. The centrepiece of the Carolina masterplan, the Grand Linear Park, will deliver 1.29 hectares of wide-open green spaces and be a haven for neighbours. Stretching beyond the parkland, the unique beauty of the community continues through an expansive network of wetlands, over 4km of walking and bike riding trails and free fitness stations, all available for residents and the wider community to enjoy.
